This evening wer'e going to new Orleans. Not the New Orleans that was devastated by Katrina but the new Orleans of the early 20th century where a young Louis Armstrong first picked up a cornet and started to play the music that would change the world.
The Caxton Street Jazz Band will play the Creole music of New Orleans and from the Bistro's specially extended menu you'll be able to order a Southern Fried Chicken Burger, topped with mild chilli salsa and Ceasar side salad or a Chicken And Prawn Gumbo - spicy flowers of the region, chilli, thyme and garlic, sauteed with vegetables and kabano served with boiled rice.
 

Close your eyes. sniff the air and you'll be in Bourbon Street in the French Quarter with its many bars, restaurants and strip clubs. Bring your friends, make up a party and don't forget your dancing shoes as this New Orleans music sure makes you want to boogie!
